  • Lemon – 1/2
  • Chaat Masala – 2 tbsp
  • Oil
  • Salt
  • Cinnamon – 2 sticks
  • Black peppercorn – 1 tbsp
  • Green cardamom – 5
  • Brown cardamom – 3
  • Coriander seeds – 2 tbsp
  • Cumin seeds – 2 tbsp
  • Cloves – 3
  • Bay leaf – 1
  • Turmeric – ¾ tbsp

How to make it

  • To prepare the masala, you have to roast cinnamon, cardamoms, coriander seeds, cumin, cloves, bay leaf, turmeric, and peppercorns in a pan
  • Take the dry roasted masala and grind it into a fine powder
  • Now, take ginger garlic paste, red chili paste, chaat and tandoori masala, curd, salt, lemon juice, oil and mix them in a bowl
  • Marinate the chicken pieces well. Make small cuts in the pieces so that the masala can soak in thoroughly. Let it sit for 30 minutes
  • Use a tandoor to grill the pieces while keeping them moist with oil being poured at regular breaks. Coat the grill with some oil to prevent the chicken from sticking to it.

  • ½ cup peas
  • coriander powder ½ tea spoon
  • jeera powder ¼ tea spoon
  • dry mango powder/amchur ½ tea spoon
  • pepper ½ tea spoon
  • raisins 2 tea spoon
  • 5 kaju
  • garam masala ½ tea spoon

All the stuff of the samosa stuffing is mixed well and mashed together .

After the dough is ready, it is then divided into as many equal parts. These parts are rolled into shape of a chapatti like a circle. Then the circle is cut into two halves, which means that one circle can make two samosas.
